Refund requests
Refund or return requests should be sent through the contact form, account message thread, or listed support email with the order reference, customer email, item details, and a clear description of the issue.
Custom, made-to-order, and selected-option items
Items with selected sizes, colors, styles, custom options, custom notes, or made-to-order handling may have limited return eligibility unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Ink with the order receipt and clear photos when applicable. Inkelement may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other support depending on the situation and available inventory.
Receipts and account records
Order receipts may be emailed and saved to the account page. Receipt details can help confirm items, selected options, shipping information, totals, and status during support requests.
