Processing and delivery
Processing and delivery timing may vary based on product type, custom options, production schedule, carrier delays, inventory, holidays, destination, and payment verification. Inkelement may provide updates through account messages or email when configured.
Address issues and delivery problems
Inkelement is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer, unavailable recipients, carrier restrictions, customs issues, or events outside its control. Contact Ink with your receipt if an order needs support.
