Using the site

Visitors may browse the portfolio, shop, public pages, legal pages, and contact forms for normal personal or professional use. Users may not attempt to break, scrape, abuse, spam, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with captcha protections, or access admin-only areas without permission.

Accounts

Account features may include login, signup, saved shipping, receipts, message threads, password updates, and account deletion controls. Users are responsible for keeping login information private and for using accurate contact and shipping information when placing orders.

Inkelement may disable, block, limit, or delete accounts for misuse, fraud, spam, security concerns, failed verification, harassment, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms.

Purchases, shop items, and receipts

Shop items may include available sizes, colors, styles, custom options, product descriptions, images, and pricing. Availability, product details, and pricing may change. The backend calculates trusted totals; frontend cart totals are for display and checkout convenience.

Purchases may generate order records, admin order views, account receipts, and receipt emails. Orders may include selected item options, quantities, subtotal, tax when configured, shipping when configured, and total. Orders are not final until payment and checkout requirements are completed.

Contact forms and message threads

Contact and account message tools are for genuine project inquiries, commissions, collaboration, studio opportunities, shop support, account support, and related communication. Users may not use them for spam, harassment, threats, scams, or abusive content.

Ink may reply through the site or email. Message access may be disabled for an account when needed for safety, abuse prevention, or support management.

Verification and security

Inkelement may require Cloudflare Turnstile or similar verification for login, signup, signed-out contact, signed-out checkout, mailing list, and other public forms. Failed captcha or security checks may prevent submission.

Artwork and intellectual property

Artwork, illustrations, characters, designs, animations, writing, graphics, logos, site styling, and portfolio materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not grant permission to copy, resell, train on, redistribute, mint, scrape, or commercially use Inkelement work without written permission.
